@HollowPsycho All rumors on the internet are, indeed, true. EVERY conspiracy theory is, infact, reality. FEAR ALL, hide in the basement, stay away from phones and chemtrails. Most important of all, do not use the computer!

Well, we already have laws and tech that allow for cops to turn on your phone and listen in on you, without your knowledge. And many cars already have a "black box" of their own that can be examined in the event of a crash.iI don't think the droid phone would be accurate though. As yet there's no way for your phone to tell if you're actually the one driving or just a passenger. That, of course, is assuming it's more than just web rumor.

It seems that Eric Schmidt of google found some synergies with insurance companies where Android phones, that have GPS ability, might be used to track a driver's speed in order that the insurance company can know if you are speeding, and if so, jack up your insurance rates. Isn't that nice? a device you paid for spying on you to find out how to take more money out of your pocket.could be just internet gossip, but the idea is there, the will is there, and after all, you are speeding, right?

This is sum bullshit they spoke to two weirdos and didnt look at any of the good evidence. Just tried to desrtroy the character of anyone that asks questions. The explanations they give here have been proven to be flawed and dont really provide a full picture. Just another self important fat american fuk shouting at people that don't agree wiv him

@mrwhitetyrone Dylan Avery is not a conspiracy theorist. He has no theory. That is why I started calling all you nuts 'truthers', because none of you have a theory.

that's funny stuff, its also like those people who think the government is broadcasting things into their tooth fillings. a little bit of ignorance and a little bit of nuttiness. When I think about being spied upon and unknown powers compiling and analyzing information about people, I think about the book 1984, and about IBMs role in making the holocaust possible. I think my concerns trump yours, but that's just my opinion.

Yeah, the satellite radio comes from a personal anecdote from my time working at XM. A person, not really a customer as they didn't even have an XM radio, called to tell us to "Stop broadcasting the satellite at her car". She was seriously worried that the satellite broadcast may be giving her cancer or something. It's those kind of people I picture when people talk about fear of being spied on by unseen, malevolent entities.
7Hook (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I wouldn't call it fear. My attitude is less "if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear", and more "good fences make good neighbors". I've never heard of anyone being afraid of satellite radio. cell phones and cancer - maybe its true. But real time tracking, to me its nutty that people think nothing of such technology or think its rational to submit to any sort of spy tech. Information is power. And leaving the powerful to act without accountability-that's proven to be very dangerous.
