Baxter Corp has a manufacturing plant just 50 mi. away, near Cuernavaca, Mexico.Despite all this, Baxter was given the contracts to make the flu vaccines for us.And thanks to the 2006 Public Readiness Preparedness Act, Section (b)(1), all swine flu manufacturers will have complete legal immunity from prosecution or lawsuits.
